Inspect after final delivery
The inspection period starts after carrier-confirmed delivery of the Order's final Shipment and lasts 3 calendar days. Use this time to compare every received bag and Included Accessory with its Listing.

Acceptance is final
Buyer Acceptance ends the inspection period early and may make the Organization's proceeds eligible. It cannot be undone by the Buyer, so confirm only after checking the complete Order.

When something is wrong
Do not accept an Order you have not fully inspected. Use Contact Support for general assistance with the current marketplace experience.
