Send a Contact Request
Choose Order Support on the existing Contact form and describe what happened. Include the Order number in your message when you have it, but never include complete payment-card details or a private Guest Order Access Link.

What this request does
A Contact Request asks an Administrator to review a general inquiry. It is not an Order Issue, dispute, return or refund request, and it does not place a financial hold on an Order.

Use authorized Order views for tracking
Continue to use Purchases or the private Guest Order Access Link for delivery progress. An Order number entered into a public form never grants access to an Order.
