Where tracking appears
Signed-in Buyers can open Purchases to see every paid Order and its current fulfillment status. Guest Buyers use the private access link sent to the checkout email.
Each Order view shows the Organization responsible for fulfillment, the delivery timeline, and carrier tracking after dispatch.

What each status means
Awaiting Dispatch means payment is confirmed and the Organization is preparing the shipment. Shipped means every Listing in the Order belongs to a dispatched Shipment. Delivered appears after carrier-confirmed delivery.

Keep access private
Guest access links are private bearer links. Do not forward one. If it is lost or exposed, use Guest Order Access Recovery to request a replacement link.
