What the Organization declares
At every Listing Submission, the Organization Owner attests that they own or are authorized to sell the bag, believe it is authentic, have accurately disclosed its condition, and accept the identified marketplace selling terms.

What Administrators review
Administrators review the submitted Listing content, required photographs, private brand-specific details, condition disclosure, and any provided Provenance Evidence. They may approve, request changes, or reject the submitted revision.

What review does not mean
Luxury Bags does not take custody of or physically authenticate marketplace bags. Listing Approval and an Evidence Reviewed indicator do not guarantee authenticity, condition, ownership, or future value.
