Pending Review
A submitted Listing Revision is locked while an Administrator reviews it. The review target is two business days, but it is an operational goal rather than guaranteed approval timing.

Changes Requested or Rejected
Changes Requested identifies correctable information or media. Revise the Draft and resubmit it with an optional explanation. Rejected means that revision is not eligible for publication; the decision includes Review Feedback.

Approved
Approval publishes a new Listing or replaces its existing Published Revision. When an update is under review, the already approved revision remains public until the replacement is approved.
