Prepare the paid Order
After payment confirmation, the Order appears in Sales & Fulfillment. The Organization—not Luxury Bags—packs and sends every purchased Listing directly to the Buyer.

Dispatch on time
Dispatch within 3 business days after payment. Use supported carrier tracking, insure the Shipment for the charged value, and require a delivery signature.

Record fulfillment accurately
Add the carrier and tracking details when the Shipment is dispatched. Record delivery only after carrier evidence confirms the required signature. Existing paid Orders still require fulfillment if new selling activity is later paused or restricted.
