01
What the Earnings Ledger shows
Each paid Order itemizes gross Listing sales, shipping collected, the 5.5% Marketplace Commission, the actual Payment Processing Fee, net Organization Proceeds, eligibility timing, and payout history. Shipping and tax are excluded from Marketplace Commission.
02
When proceeds become eligible
Ordinary proceeds wait for the 3-calendar-day Inspection Window after final delivery. A New Organization Reserve instead uses the later of that point or 14 calendar days after payment. The actual processing fee must also be known.
03
How payout works
Payouts are not automatic. A recently changed external payout destination creates a 5-calendar-day security hold, and active restrictions keep proceeds pending. An Administrator disburses the full system-calculated Eligible balance when the Organization is ready.
